PUT YOUR LEADERSHIP TO THE TEST!

At the Leadership Fellows programme, we challenge all your leadership skills. A programme for young university students, professionals and executives with the spirit of agent of change.
While they participate in the programme, volunteer mentors will have the opportunity to invest in their personal and professional development and contribute to a positive impact on society.
After an initial training, they get into the field where they mentor a Mentes Empreendedoras Club and support high school students to implement their ideas and projects and to develop new skills.
Thus, volunteer mentors invest in their personal and professional development, in a practical manner and as inspirational models for the youngsters. Our team follows this entire process of growth through monthly meetings, trainings and personalised follow-up
